This version comes into effect on 10 January 2024.
Purpose and Acceptance
Article 1.1These Terms of Use set out your obligations and those of Spray Tan à la Maude regarding your access to and use of the Platform and Website. They also set out the conditions applicable to any offer, treatment, transaction, sale or action between Spray Tan à la Maude and a client, and govern appropriate conduct towards the spray tan technician, insofar as the parties have not expressly deviated from these conditions in writing. By accessing or using the Platform and Website, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety and enter into a legally binding agreement with Spray Tan à la Maude from the moment you access or use the Platform. If you are under 14 years of age or do not accept each provision of these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to access or use the Platform.
Article 1.2By using or accessing the Platform and Website and the services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Use, that you expressly agree to be bound by them and comply with them, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the Website. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you must stop using the Website.
Website Intellectual Property Rights
Article 2.1All rights reserved. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all texts, images, videos, sounds, software and/or other materials on this website are the property of Spray Tan à la Maude or third parties. You are permitted to use this website for browsing and to reproduce excerpts by printing, but in all cases only for personal and informational purposes, without distribution and provided that a copyright notice appears on all such reproductions. No reproduction of any part of the website may therefore be sold or distributed for non-personal and/or commercial purposes, modified or incorporated into any other work or publication, whether in printed or electronic form, including sending it to another website, including it in another website (“framing”), or establishing a link between other websites and this website, unless prior written permission has been granted. No licence or other right is granted. All trademarks displayed on this website are the property of Spray Tan à la Maude or third parties. Use of any trademark displayed on this website is strictly prohibited unless we have given our prior written consent.
Article 2.2Clients acknowledge that the individual and original result of a treatment is an expression of Spray Tan à la Maude’s creative activity and know-how and that, consequently, Spray Tan à la Maude owns the copyright and benefits from copyright protection in relation to the treatment results.
Article 2.3Spray Tan à la Maude authorizes clients to make a personal and non-public reproduction of treatment results, whether on paper or electronically.
Article 2.4It is prohibited to use reproductions of the works and/or treatment results referred to above for commercial purposes or to make them publicly available in printed or electronic form without the express written authorization of Spray Tan à la Maude.
Droit d’auteur
Article 3Spray Tan à la Maude only displays on the website media that is owned by Spray Tan à la Maude, media that may be displayed by Spray Tan à la Maude under Creative Commons licences by the legitimate owner, or media owned by manufacturers of products used by Spray Tan à la Maude. If a rights holder identifies an infringement concerning media displayed on www.spraytan-à-la-maude.fr, the rights holder expressly agrees that a request to cease and desist is the sole claim that may be made, to the exclusion of any other claim (claim for damages, claim for licensing rights, or any other claim). The above claim must be addressed to Spray Tan à la Maude in writing or by email, after which Spray Tan à la Maude will remove the media within 5 working days or provide a reasoned response. The website visitor, rights holder and/or designated person expressly agree that the above response may only be subject to legal action for removal and/or out-of-court mediation, to the exclusion of any other action (claim for damages, claim for licensing rights, or any other claim).
Acceptable Use

In any event, any link to our website, even if authorized by us, must be removed from your website when we request it.
Warranties and Use of the Website
Article 5.1This website is provided “as is” free of charge without any express or implied warranty. Spray Tan à la Maude makes no warranty regarding this website or the information and documents provided on it.
Article 5.2Without prejudice to the preceding paragraph, Spray Tan à la Maude does not guarantee:
